Ziad Garios is a seasoned civil engineer and entrepreneur, born on March 23, 1983, in Beirut, Lebanon. In 2002, he moved to the United States to pursue higher education, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UMass Dartmouth in 2007.
Ziad began his professional journey in the construction industry in New York City, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure, fast-paced urban projects. He later joined MassDOT in Boston, where he specialized in large-scale infrastructure development, particularly in road and highway construction.
In 2012, Ziad relocated to Las Vegas, shifting his focus toward luxury residential construction. His hands-on experience with custom homes laid the foundation for his next major step — founding Zarios Construction in 2017.
Under Ziad’s leadership, Zarios Construction has grown into a premier construction company in Las Vegas, known for building high-end custom homes from the ground up. The company also offers full-scale renovations and selective commercial projects, but its core strength remains in delivering bespoke, luxurious residential properties tailored to each client’s vision.
